Hello, Gainesville!
Because of you, our second restaurant Centro recently celebrated its first anniversary. Your support, encouragement, and love has been an inspiration to us. Centro was built with Gainesville in mind, a place for fresh salads, hearty wraps, small bites and a cold local beer or glass of wine shared with friends. The name Centro means “downtown” in Spanish, and adding GVL Eatery to our name is our way of saying this is for Gainesville, by Gainesville.
