We listened to our community and decided we would open our second restaurant.
Centro offers Gainesville healthy and quick options like salad bowls, wraps and local beer.
Centro means Downtown in Spanish. We added GVL Eatery to our name and logo
because we are doing this for our community. Centro is for Gainesville.
